Whatever it takes to satisfy customers — yours and ours. — Mission statement Ver-A-Fast is one of the largest verification companies in the world, making over 15 million calls annually. Our primary business is making short, accurate customer contacts to uncover pertinent information that will strengthen our client’s business position. Robert Bensman, President, founded Ver-A-Fast Corporation in 1976. Since that time, Ver-A-Fast has grown to work with more than 150 newspapers and over 50 telephone directory publishers. Ver-A-Fast has pioneered many unique programs to help our clients develop, maintain, and retain relationships with their customers. Ver-A-Fast currently has over 300 people at its national headquarters in Rocky River, Ohio and more than 550 independent operators (verifiers) across the country. Because of Ver-A-Fast’s national scope we collect, maintain, and interpret benchmarking statistics in many areas. Our clients use these reports to measure themselves against their peers. Ver-A-Fast has one of the most sophisticated computer departments in the industry that enables us to return work on a daily basis and generate client specific reports detailing our findings. Our unique business design, experience, and focus ensure our clients that they are receiving the very best in customer service.
The Verifiers Since its inception, Ver-A-Fast has
benefited by partnering with motivated people that want to
make customer service calls part-time from our offices or
from their own homes. This
flexibility allows Ver-A-Fast to attract the highest caliber
of CSR’s. In
fact, 66% of Ver-A-Fast’s verifiers are college educated
compared with an industry average of about 33%.
Also, over 200 of
the Ver-A-Fast team have
worked with us at least three years. Ver-A-Fast currently has three types of
verifiers: HMV- These verifiers perform their
customer service calls from home using our proprietary
software. At
the end of each day they transmit their contacted and
completed records to us.
Extensive quality control procedures are then
performed to ensure the utmost in accuracy and quality
before returning the work to our clients. TSR – These verifiers work strictly in our call center on a state-of-the-art predictive dialer system. Remote Agent – This is a unique type of verifier that works at home while being logged into our state-of-the-art predictive dialer system, in the same fashion as our TSR’s in the office.
