Ver-A-Fast currently has three types of
HMV- These verifiers perform their
customer service calls from home using our proprietary
the end of each day they transmit their contacted and
completed records to us.
Extensive quality control procedures are then
performed to ensure the utmost in accuracy and quality
before returning the work to our clients.
TSR – These verifiers work strictly in our call center on a state-of-the-art predictive dialer system.
Remote Agent – This is a unique type of verifier that works at home while being logged into our state-of-the-art predictive dialer system, in the same fashion as our TSR’s in the office.
